I always envy women who carry a small slim handbag which looks smart and uncluttered. For me, this is impossible.

A Woman's Lament My bag is never big enough to hold the things I need, a diary, purse and chocolate bars and several sets of keys. And then there's tissues by the score escaping from the pack, some make-up, hand cream and a comb, no item will I lack. A pen and pencil, they're a must and then there is my 'phone, my glasses, sun and otherwise, 'This bag's too small,' I moan. It really is quite suitable but I've got so much stuff, I think I should eject the junk but that would be too tough.

Thanks, Chris. It is true and more annoying every day.
