A Seat For Me
There would always be a seat for me
Where there isn't a friend or an enemy
Better to be hated than to be ignored?
When nobody heard a singled word
There would always be a bench
Where is a tree with only one branch
Enough places for a lot of people
But with me, no one wants to mingle
There would always be a chair
Solitaire in the class, into no pair
The teacher looked at others, he doesn't care
I can't tell if everybody is everywhere
There would always be a throne and a stool
To give me the crown of a fool
I thought it would be my new home
But I forgot that I wasn't asked to come
The place is always comfier on the other seat
I can't lift my sadness because of my exhausted feet
My limbs are tired to rest on a delusion
I need to be the best to find a mansion
But, how can I enter somewhere with a locked heart?
Why he's not my missing part, not another restart
Unrequited love is like a porcelain bed
You felt sheltered until pain hit your head
Kissing the dust, hugging the floor
I can't sit and wait for love anymore
His shadow is the only thing he left me to cherish
Something which never existed can't perish
There would always be a seat for me
Where loneliness is an epitome
