-who I Am Now-

fathomless depth of where i long to be, freefalling into a whisper of a moment- pales in comparison to what once was, fearing not the way i chose to breathe lost in the abyss no one warned me about, flabbergasted without reprieve as the laughter in fields fade into willows weeping- i am left on the horizon awaiting the phoenix; may i rise from the ash of a tormented youth and free myself from the angst of tomorrow “i need tears to nourish my heart’s desire, crave pain when nothing seems right- for there is no need to fight the light, i just go towards the burning ember fire” releasing who i once was, comprehending who i am now 5.4.20

A wonderful description! Fiction perhaps but don’t those last two lines speak of us all over time. Hugs my sweet friend!
