Mind Is In Brain
Thoughts flowing from mind
It’s an organ for human main
Moment to moment
Thoughts silently rain
Where is the palatial house of mind?
It’s on a piece of land erected on brain...

Premium Member Pity For Polar Bears
The polar bears’ piece of land

on which they sit or stand

is melting into smaller chunks of ice.

That’s just not very nice!

Ownership
Why can man not just be small
And accept as his fate
The small plot of land, sea, sky
That he is given in life

How many bodies strewn about
On a piece of land
Can make it belong to a country or person
Blood does not mean ownership

If it did
Who would own your land?...

Who Am I
I'm not a cow
I'm not glass
I'm not a scarecrow in tall grass
Then who am I you ask
I'll give you more hints
I'm not a shoe
I'm not a tin can
I'm also not a piece of land
Give up you said
Then I must tell you
I'm a being which He gave me
A personality
A religion to believe in
I am Human...

A Metaphor of Men
People usually compare women to:
Slimming trees, or beautiful flowers
Showing elegance, and emitting fragrance...

I would rather compare men to:
A Piece of land, or a pile of soil
They might be poor or rich...

And no matter how to do
No soil can Plant be least alive
It ought to be a thing which is mostly true...

Fifty flights up a fish swims by
Hundred floors up still no sky
Lady liberty points to the surface above
Same as the city of brotherly love
Mankind fighting for a piece of land
Few places left to stand
Food short supply
So many cry
Die
World is sinking fast
Mankind struggling to last
Passion is hard to find
In a world gone blind...

Premium Member A Long-Needed Vacation
a long-needed vacation I'll take
or romantic getaway on school brake.
maybe to a casino where I can rake
spin the wheel and a fortune I'll make
or blow and give the dice a shake

maybe I'll go fishing on a lake,
a piece of land with gold I'll stake
with a nesting duck and a drake.

the finest flower in the garden
it smell reaches heaven
your beauty is outstanding
even among the hearten
sweet red wine
which cometh out of the kings vine
wish you could be mine
for kings don't make history
but hero's does
princess do not marry kings
but love does
i pray thee to pardon me
oh thou fertile piece of land
to multiply my generations like the sand...

Creator
Come,
See me, the way you like,
Touch or slit
Pinch or rip
To provide you relief.

Pull my heart
Out of my family
To lean to thee
Or feed in me the poison
To vomit riches.

For you, I’m a puppet
To quench your craving,
A wet fantasy of sigh,
Or a pair of firm beguiling thighs
Or a fertile piece of land to yield a lad.

I bear all that you wreak
For, I’m and I’ll remain
Mother, the creator of men....

If Time Gone There Will Be No Achievement
I am wandering through the solemn wind of Surma River. No trumpet in the hands of songs but the flute of your lips whispering me the chapter of life. Honeybees are running in searching of honey flowers. On a piece of land cultivating there some unknown farmers but no nectar in the prenatal chamber chamber of the flowers

no contemplation there's
time has gone far away
repentance! but no way

A Slice of Heaven
I sit , look around
Only water to be found
The white clean sand
Falls like an hourglass in my hand.

Feeling so far away
Lost at shore, held at bay
Laying flat under the sun
Island living is pure fun.

A tropical oasis sitting sole
Escaping into a fishbowl
Waves lapping onto shore
Never lonely, feeling whole.

An island is by far
A place to love, leaves no scars
A precious piece of land
You have to go to understand....

I Want To Steal
I want to steal a piece of the sun.
I want to steal a piece of the moon.
I want to steal a piece of the ocean.
I want to steal a piece of the sky.
I want to steal a piece of land.
I need them.
I want to create a new planet.
A planet without diseases,
A planet without borders,
A planet without age,
A planet without acrimony,
A planet full of songs.
And with a single flag-
A flag, which it’s symbol;
Is a child who runs-
With an olive branch…...

Inner Beauty
It doesn't matter how so plain
Or rough the crust may be,
The kernel is what truly counts --
The part we cannot see.

A piece of land perceived as good
And ripe for human toil
May yet prove unproductive
Without the proper soil.

Can we appraise the saber
While still within its sheath,
Or comprehend the ocean
Unless we look beneath?

The sights we often fail to see
And thoughtlessly pass by
May yet be those that satisfy
The palate, not the eye....

The Last Emigrant
I came to this new land
To this old continent
Following my natural
Instinct
I did not hear sheers
No smile
No welcome signs
No fireworks
No one was there to receive me
Or to shake my hand
As I anticipated
Except this sign
That says:
“NON-CITIZENS must cross this gate”

I came with no sense
Of attachment
Identity
Religious freedom
Love freedom
Big numbers
Freeing freedom
I am just seeking the warmth
I am looking for
A piece of land
On the sun....

Searching
I ran through the forest,
Looking for a sign,
Searching for the closest,
The closest one to find.

I walked across the desert,
Looking for a shady place,
With no one to alert
Me, to tell me i would never find a trace.

I swam across the ocean,
Looking for a piece of land,
Land that didn't follow the ocean's motion,
Swimming harder than I ever ran.

In the end, I didn't find that sign, or that shady place, or that land in the sea.
Instead, I found all three....

Final Days
Final days

Rocks they threw and stabbed with sticks
Fought and died for a piece of land
Arrows flew and spears too
At the very dawn of man

Cannons roared and muskets flashed
A sword in every hand
Fighting for the god of war
The medieval man

Rattling bullets grenades explode
Dying where they stand
Saying mass in poison gas
The birth of modern man

Total destruction fiery graves
The earth turned into sand
Fingers poised atomic noise
The final days of man...
