Why is it such a big deal to be an avaricious & pernicious alligator and just steal from every creator use all our data and turn even the meek & mild into a wild hater...
"How do we stop the lavatorial plop plop of AI slop
Cull the new crop an arch oligarch march to the top
No behavioural fop to an algorithm making you strop
Don’t be a sop to a pack who hijack a stack on the hop
Pander to your dander by knowing how you do shop
When you gander…. propaganda & slander they drop
This laboratory of hateful oratory is what we all cop
Cohorts sport.. escorts all sorts.. come on chop chop
All about the economy give woke folks a lobotomy op
Forgotten besotten rotten dot com bubble did pop
Impropriety no jobs swap entirety of society will flop
Social media greedier needier seedier stronger gallop
So how do we stay dry of sh*t from on high this AI slop
To stop bottom feeder sly lie then no longer be the mop"
Time and tide they do not wait,
We all have heard it said,
And there are those who seem to view,
The ebb and flow with dread.
They do their best to stave it off,
And live in deep denial,
Trying not to show their age,
Viewing it as a trial;
A tribulation of some sort,
A thing to be avoided;
Forgetting in their quest for youth,
That age can be exploited;
For with age comes experience,
The younger folks don't have,
Things that you have done before,
Is to them enclave;
A thing to them as yet untried,
Is foreign territory.
They'll listen to your wisdom,
And practiced oratory;
For things that to the younger set,
Appear a mystery,
For older folks is just old hat,
And it's just history;
So if we learn to use our age,
Accept it as a friend,
We'll age as does fine wine and so,
Not face a bitter end.
We have to learn to face some facts,
That some things must betide,
For you can run from age My Dear,
But you can never hide.
The Master Cylinder spoke,
a most intriguing kind of bloke.
His knowledge, grandly poured,
his oratory fairly soared -
but in the land of Felix the Cat,
very soon, it was found that
he was dumb as a board.
A mouse entered the house
Sudden surprise
Didn’t realize
One day sitting on my living room couch
Immediately appeared from under my living room table came a mouse
Body movement giving men these feed me demands
Continuous commands
Apparently, this mouse had been trained by someone
I wasn’t going to be the one
My response to the mouse was get out
Couldn’t afford having a mouse move about
Traps were set
Effective at that
The mouse landed on the trap and died
His demand defeated
My command reigned victorious.
My story need not involve a person’s glory
though I hope it will be interestingly oratory
and preferably self-explanatory
rather than overly expository.
To titillate my readers, I could even make it just a wee bit gory.
"Do you not know I am a woman? When I think, I must speak" - As You Like It (Shakespeare), Act 3, Scene 2
A woman ….magical creation of the Omnipotent!
Not only she thinks,
She expresses her emotions
In the most powerful way!
She is the inexplicable creature
Nature has created so far….
She has a mind, she has a heart,
She has the best oratory device!
Man, you can not stop a woman
From speaking her mind,
Especially when she gets infuriated
With the buffoonery around!
two storms rode through town last week
one bombastic in oratory:
fist-shaking, fiery-eyed, finger-pointing,
thundering as an Old Testament prophet
one timid of speech:
a lamb at rest in bucolic pasture,
misty, dewy, gentle as the silent 'g' in benign
both storms
calming frayed nerves of neurotic grasses
satisfying deep roots in stoic forests,
filling rills and rivers that carry life
to valleys, plains and deserts
each replenishing a thirsty sea
From the patriots grave there comes a disturbance
a sound so faint it is distant less. It floats in on the wings of absurdity.
It defies the continuity of human expiration, upending the status quo
and invading the promised tranquility of the patriot's rest.
The sound stirs forever sleeping neighbors, displeasing compatriots
who had, as fated, come to peace with nonexistence.
Old threats, assumed battlefield defeated, are revived in the incoherent
oratory of an amoral man's quest for unrepressed power.
The sound he summons is autocracy rising, growing louder,
and not that far away. Pomposity begets confusion, discord follows.
Was this not the screamed rhetoric of long ago? Incendiary promises to
make their country great again. Instead, oratory that set it afire.
The fires, so long ago, dead heroes died to extinguish. New tyranny disturbs
forever slumber. Dead heroes, in graves, have no more to give.
We need new patriots to rise, to resist today's promised tyranny and quiet the hatred that hovers over America and the graves of heroes. All deserve peace.
A step towards crowning perfection,’
Notions of luck much like infection;
Before a show drop that conception:
Talents grow with good self-perception…
Blunders men should reduce to zero:
The only way one seems a hero.
You don’t harden your heart like Pharaoh;
Awaits one the poor record of Nero…
Artistes crave a resounding applause.
Why would one pander away a plus?
For a standing ovation give cause;
Regrets about shows could fill a bus…
What the wise does against a display,
For which eyes are cocked, no more a play,
Falls of leaping feet should just tally:
The correcting forum for Sally…
All the slips of the tongue during speech
The timely oratory would breach;
Always, Rehearsal runs the tight ship
Of firm seekers of watchers’ worship.

The time of peace
Christmas day and rain, disappearing polar bears in the Hudson Bay
and in the USA, a frost bomb explodes over America from Alaska
to New Mexico, a warning of what can happen if we are not alert.
Zelensky tries his hands on Churchillian oratory and fails; this is ok
as his audience is used to their President’s awful stuttering and
forgotten lines are a daily embarrassment to be endured.
Siberian icy weather stretches its cold finger down to Portugal
where people, under layers of blankets, watch TV and experience
the EU, spectacular political power fiasco, blaming, as usual, Putin.
Who will break out of the stranglehold of Brussel’s dictatorship?
the hope was Germany, but she has gone woke, simper in the arms
of the US president; one suspects it has to do with global thinking
Every voice has to be heard before action is taken states; in Europe
taking dictates from Brussel, there is apathy; no one has the strength
to break out of the life-sapping bondage and feel the wind of change
Life without love is tantamount to a body without blood.
Oratory is a great gift made better if followed with action.
Voices of calm, hope, and kindness can replace fear with love.
I, plus you and they, must see each other as God sees us all.
Nevertheless, However, and Moreover are words that connect other words.
Grace is to be granted by us, in as much as it has been given to us by God.
People I've met, befriended, and befriended by them.
Every waking moment, nights of quiet and sweet sleep.
Opportunities that came and the choice of yea or nay.
Power is not to control people, but to rule one's own spirit.
Love, the Christ kind, endures forever, loving all, judging none.
Evils seen in others remind me; 'But for God's Grace, there go I'.

Contemptibly craven
Oratory obfuscates
Never nuanced
Gerrymandering guile
Readily reacts to roaring rabble
Egregiously expects economic encouragement
Smug, self-righteous and self- serving
Slippery sounding sound bites
You see only the triumphs and jubilations,
Sugbon what about the trials and tribulations?
Can a poet speak in wisdom and you'll understand?
Yep, on this apata(rock) of igneous I stand;
Sleepless nights of rhymes and creativity
Whether in places of chaos or serenity.
The bamboo pen does what it knows best,
Babanla kayeefi that You wanna put it to test;
Teti ki o gbomi, I flow without restrictions,
every word of mine perfumed with distinctions.
The strength of Soyinka, might of Shakespeare,
Oratory elegance of Sheikh Arazeem Alaaya-
Are reasons my pen flames like a blazing fire;
From Ilorin to Lagos, Denver to Houston,
Awon temi n fi poem mi shey cushion!
Kayeefi nla that minnows wanna be like I,
Ayinde the ordained poet by the Most High.
