LOVING YOU IS AN ART

Loving You Is an Art ????

Loving you is an art,
Not just words, not just emotions,
Not just romance.

It is like carving a linocut,
Each stroke, each cut—
Careful, gentle,
So I do not wound the sketch,
The same way I hold your heart,
Responsible not to hurt you.

Loving you is an art,
Like stringing beads with patience.
And when the thread breaks,
And the beads scatter
I do not leave them behind.
I gather them, mend them,Like
The way I would gather your broken pieces
And heal them with love.

Loving you is a design,
A vision that sparks in my mind daily,
A creation I bring to life,
Over and over again.

Loving you... is my masterpiece.

What we had

“WHAT WE HAD”

      Our path was foggy,
But somehow , we made it clear.
We built something new,
Something that filled our hearts.
It touched every edge of us,
Left no part untouched.
We were in love,
Deeply.
But as we fought to hold on,
I feared we’d slip.
So, I warned myself
Tried to be careful.
But desire took over.
       I got lost,
In wanting what felt like the best.
And so did he.
Still, we were in love.
   But something shifted.
Feelings began to change,
Regret crept in.
I thought we could fight for it.
But he left.
Now, I long for a day
A day he’ll want me
Like he did in the beginning.
    It may take months…
Even years.
But what we had…
It felt like a lifetime.

You, in Every Frame

Your eyes?
They're like midnight — not stars, just... midnight.
Dark, full of something I can't name.
I get lost there. I always do.
It’s frustrating, kind of thrilling too.

Your smile? Trouble.
The kind I’d trip over twice and still chase.
It hangs in the air after you leave —
Like perfume or a half-finished thought.
I hate how much I replay it.

Your lips —
They look like they keep too many secrets.
And somehow, even silence looks good on you.
When you pout, it’s ridiculous.
Seriously, stop that. (Don’t.)

That cheek of yours,
pressed against your palm like the day got too heavy —
and I swear I felt the world slow down.
You weren't posing. That’s the worst part.
You just are.

Every glance, every pause —
you’ve got this... poetry thing,
like you don’t even know you’re writing it.
You don’t try. You just... happen.
And I keep wishing you’d happen to me.

Story Of Pat

Story of pat,

Can you hear the sirens?
The old mans values engulfed with burning lust of minors,
Patrick’s family left in suspense & deprived,
Waiting to hear news, if their son is alive.

Peter 5:8 of the bible reads the devil walks among us,
I have met him in a house on fifth street living just behind us,
Across the road from a park there is a house of sin,
This is where a dark story in my life will begin.

Twenty- two years have gone by,
For Pat, his life stolen at the age of 9,
PAEDOPHILE, PAEDOPHILE, PAEDOPHILE! You took more than a life,
But if we tell anybody that you touched us, we will get in strife, right?

Twenty-two years later a neurological hijacking of a memory I must revise,
Tearful compassion as I feel the pain for Pats horrific demise,
I am sorry to the family if they find this written poorly,
“This is Emergency can I ask who is calling”....
Can you hear the sirens?

ALL THE SAKE OF HIS HAPPINESS

She served him tea and fed him his favorite snack,
And also kept a bouquet of roses in his closet's rack,
Yet he walked away without looking at them even once,
And she felt betrayed by one of her loved ones.

Yet, one day, when he was attacked my a robber,
She ran-up to save him while his girl walked away,
As she wanted her life more than him to be longer,
And left him and ran away.

She had a few coins in her purse,
Which was the only means for her to travel back home,
Yet she ran-up to him and gave all her money to the robber to save him -
- Yes, save him from the doom,
And when the robber went - she gave him first-aid like a nurse.

She could not go home now as all her money was gone,
Yet she saved his life which was for her game-on,
Tears filled his eyes as she sat in a corner,
Begging money from others to go home,
and he did give her some of his money out of pity,
Seeing her for it-everywhere roam.

THE HABAIT OF YOU

We met, we talked, a bond took shape,
Feelings grew at a gentle pace.

Then love began, so soft, so deep,
His voice, the song my heart repeats.

Love turned to need like air & light,
A name I whisper every night.

& slowly, need started running through my veins,
Habit carved in joy & pain.

Some habits heal, & some leave a scar,
Some stay with us, though they are far.

AS IT WAS

I want to rewind and not change,
Stay and hold on to the days when your name felt like home.
When our conversations were not careful,
When love wasn't something to be attenuated,
But something that simply was.

I'm surviving the silence you left behind,
Trying to fill the gaps with memories,
Tricking myself, saying time can walk backward,
Can undo the unraveling, and can stitch ourselves whole again.

This is not war but absence,
Not betrayal but distance,
Not anger but the quiet ache of being left behind.

I don't know where to place this longing,
The pain to return to the place that no longer exists.
But if love was once real, does it still echo?
And if I reach for you, will I only find empty air?

how to walk with sissors

you asked me how to walk with scissors
I said my dear,
that's so bizarre
that's like asking how to get to Georgia
without using planes or cars,

a better man
than myself
would've told you
darling
if you wanted to learn how to walk with scissors
you're better off crawling

you hold them by the blade my love
just like you did to me
you tell me that you love me babe
but I cant stand to watch you leave

I'll watch you walk out that house
I cant tell fact from myth
I begged you just to stay a while
then you walked out,
with the scissors you stabbed me with

now I told you how to walk with scissors,
how could you do that to me?
now I know to hold on tight
because the scissors belong to me

Heart break

How many times will my heart break, tell me,?
How many tears will my eyes shed, set me free.?
You feign love and speak hollow words,
How long will you linger, still unheard?

How many times will my heart break, tell me,?
How many tears will my eyes shed, set me free.?

For how many days will I long this way?
Those sweet days, with memories in play,
Wrapped in a blanket, I grieve through the night,
How long must I endure this silent fight?

How many times will my heart break, tell me,?
How many tears will my eyes shed, set me free. ?

Since you left, my smile has faded away,
You were my first, my last in every way.
No more will I weep for anyone but you,
Tell me, was my love ever untrue?

How many times will my heart break, tell me, ?
How many tears will my eyes shed, set me free.?

How many times will I sleep with your picture in view?
How many songs will I sing alone, just for you?
How long will I dance in solitude’s light?
Tell me, when will I forget this endless fight?

How many times will my heart break, tell me, ?
How many tears will my eyes shed, set me free.?

heart break from above

an angel appears with something to say
as the clouds part, upon sunbeams rays
through teary eyes she recites
the message given from above

his heart brakes every time he hears...
our god is better than your god
and he is the one true creator

his heart brakes every time...
 divisions are made upon
 these so called interpretations

his heart brakes everytime...when
wars are fought in his holy name
blood is spilt along with your shame

his heart brakes every time...
his dogma is taken to extremes
all for your need to rule supreme

his heart brakes every time...
an innocent cries out in pain
humanities uncompassionate stain

his heart brakes every time...
unity drowns in a sea of indifference
as the swell bores the tide of arrogance

then she says with a smile.....
there is hope and love will light the way
let compassion be the new mood
as the sun shines upon the dark
and a new day will dawn
along with a brand new attitude

Somebody that I used to know

I am afraid of being forgotten
Afraid of being the last one on your chat history
Afraid of being the side piece
A cameo you used as the catalyst
What if I don’t come to your mind when someone takes my name?
What if you don’t remember the last time we blushed the same?
What if you don’t remember the intimidation
We felt, while navigating our way through the lane?
Was it worth it if you don’t remember me?
Was it worth it if your birthdate still haunts for free?
Was it worth it if you did it all for show?
Was it worth it if you’re now just somebody that I used to know?

Because I Know No Lust

My friend told me I have never loved in my life
And that is why I have never felt the need to mix bodily fluids
I find that strange considering I know heart breaks
But oh well, life paradoxes
Or I suppose I have no lust

I have kissed many a frog before
She says it's because I don't want to be bothered
She is on my side
Who is to know if she is really right
But I can tell you a bunch of things I have heard

They tell me it's surprising that I can be so firm
They think it's because I have way too many options
I find it amusing
How I am so great when it's other men
But suddenly when it's them they call me rigid
Talk about double standards

They say it's suppose to be natural
Well, natural my feet
I don't feel it
The love; the security
That can make me fall prey to their lousy tactics
And allow me to be defiled
Or I suppose I just have no lust

I suppose there are feelings which can't be conveyed by words
Feelings that can only be shown by actions
Call me alien
But can you worship me?
I am not enticed
Not even a little bit
I suppose I know no lust

Half My Heart

Half the heart was mine,
But whole was yours,
You ignored my endeavours,
Everything was still fine.

You stopped to hear,
What I had to say, my dear.
You resigned without saying,
But, I still wanted to hear.

You paid no attention,
To my unending efforts of interaction.
You just kept quiet,
Better would have been an endearing fight.

I will still wait for you to come back,
Till my heart cracks,
And breaks into two,
Stil, half is me and whole will be you.

Premium Member Every Swing of the Door

I'll never know what from your heart I tore
Each lie I lived, every swing of the door
Not that I hid or kept even the score
Not that I loved anyone anymore
I question what love I was in before
It wasn't like movies, books, or fairy lore
For the rest of my life, on love I'll snore
Rather break a heart--my desire--ignore
A false lover I'll prove--could I be more?

We Learn From Our Mistake

We learn from our mistake,
From the friends who are fake,
From the wrong paths we take,
From false decision we make,
From the trust which break,
From the back stab which still ache.
