Broken Mirror

The reflections of
your broken mirror
are more distorted
than you know
You wear your
true colors
on your sleeve
& they show who
you really are
I see your scars
& your pain
along with the regret
that hides with
your shame
Your feigned
indifference to the
pain you cause others
doesn't hide a thing
It brings your true
nature to the surface
automatically & not
in a casual way
Your purposeful acts
graphically illustrate
the self hate you
bury deep
What's on display?
That weak inner child
weeping & dying to be
heard so badly
that it screams
Lashing out
in attempts to be seen
only highlights your
recessive traits
Your aggressive verbs
define your pronoun
as it relates
to the whole
The hole you continue
to dig only gets deeper
but if that's the goal
kudos to you
What is that mirror
reflecting back?
Broken versions
of you
a truth that you
obviously don't see
If you did you'd
free yourself from the
illusion of what you think
you wanna be
If i see it
be sure that
others do as well
even if they don't show
or tell you
Could pray tell
these words be the
missing pieces
your broken mirror
wants to show you?

Lucid Explanations For The Living

Lucid Explanations For Living

Luminous virtuosity that lies dormant all your life
Numerous animosities that combine to form violence and strife
Curious curiosities for the emperors fifth wife
Numerous generosities that involve the back stabbing of a knife

Automatically mistaken for another person by someone you love
Biographically misshapen by the author as the truth is left out to the shove
Colour-graphically laden by the images of heaven from above
Instamatically forsaken by the grapevine from a dove

Elevations of inspiration cascading from the moonlit horizon
Revelations of observation parading bright without the lights on
Celebrations of invocations that serve only to enliven
Collaborations of confirmation that momentum forms only to syphon

Elucidate the concept as you illustrate the notion
Repudiate the precept while you hover above the ocean
Rejuvenate the incept as you maintain the sincerity of your devotion
Recuperate the sunset while you transpire without commotion

A reckoning, daring taunt bestowed
my weariness, a covenant catering
to the boundary, of self why I'd become

more open to resolve, life's issues
abundantly, as though life was simply,
a passing fancy, cleverly orchestrated

to be rehearsed, over and over again
while I'd gravely, excepted a single
faint hue, as a quaint challenge

flowing as a heavenly hue edifying,
a sheer witnessing, the pondering
whims that gathered beyond,

St. John Paul passages, of hidden
messages, morbidly explored casually
expressed, graphically in stone.

Foundry and Mill

Larks are ascending funnels of sky,
songs smoke from enteral chimneys.
In an industrial park a fine Autumn light
burns bright.

Shoes fill with walkers,
we are out and praising
the clanking machinery,
for we are all leaves
in the same furnace.

What we suppose
to be sleep and decline
is a wooded factory, a whittle and grind
gearing-up for an over-spilling,
a bundling color-filled season,
one that will in time
hammer snow out of spoilage.

The Larks are trilling,
they rise to the top of their voices.
Conveyer belts of cooling hymns
are ready to be parceled and sent,
addressed graphically:

'Return to Sender.'

THIS IS AN OPEN(organic) FORM VERSE without grammatical symbols the ' open' relies upon 'the one breath limitation' & so inherently requires the 'reader' (reciter) to input and respond thus making the form a two way interplay and often a unique interpretation by the enigma so derived

Freedom

With its own refreshing taste…
Any life from it severed, an unarguable waste,
Now seemingly abstract, soon fiercely concrete:
A pair of good shoes for all feet!

Before me solidly sketches a wing,
The palpable symbol of this inalienable thing
That one from Africa can lift
To places farther by the widest shift.

From one freedom is promptly taken away
After senselessly toying with The Law:
Persons by inviting offences led astray
And now to head for some prison door.

Freedom’s foremost friend is the loosest Tongue
Always graphically able to portray a scandal:
A sponsorship of exhaled air from the lungs,
Neatly picturing the scandals of Vandal…
Freedom’s forever sworn enemy is a curfew
Maximum scanty prisons imitating Nephew.

Of course,I read the manual.
Who hasn't?
Words,nothing but words
Until it happens
And then it is burned,branded and imprinted
Graphically and indelibly
Into your brain.

Sleep brings the nightmare alive
Again and again
You witness it over and over
In all its starkness
There's no escape,no way out

You can't stop the bloody train in time
All you can do is spectate
An unwilling and helpless participant
By the time your eyes pick out
The figure poised on the parapet
Vulture like
You are at the point of no return

Slam on the brakes
Jolt the passengers awake
The body in crucifixion mode
Glances off the cabin glass
Pupils dilated  and inward looking
Staring within

You stand frozen
Unable to avert your gaze
And then time stands still
Journey and jobs disrupted
Until the gruesome recovery
Is complete

But that frozen snapshot
Haunts my memory
Flashing up
When least expected
My albatross
Seared into my mind
Spitefully roosting
And beyond oblivion
Torturing my soul
And draining
My will to live.

Some of the sexiest women are Vargas’s 1940 pinup girls,
They are drawn with long hair, sensuous legs, and the right kind of curls.
Enhanced in all the right places, there is nothing that exudes sex faster
Graphic drawings of cattish women are not the kind you put out to pasture.

Do you remember Cat-Woman drawn fearlessly by our old friend Stan Lee?
Hallee Berry brought her to life, but the one who graphically created her was he.
Betty Boop, a cartoon femme fatale’ had style, and sex that could make a sailor blush,
Disney’s artists’ did not draw a Tinker Bell without perky boobs and a little tush.

I believe graphic novels and cartoon classics are here today to stay,
Because the sexy superheroes – both men and women make the reader’s day.
Captain America and Batman have those enormous abs, and a teeny waist.
Jessica Rabbit’s ‘I’m not bad, I’m just drawn that way,” was not penned with any haste.

Bridge-Way To An Author's Dream

I calculate the madness and it's still incurable
What does the world want? the elements keep me miserable

I Tip-toe and gleam to salvage my goals and dreams
My pen bleeds blue or black ink, 4 to 5 utensils applied to meaning

I might be inclined to sketch my life graphically
But what's the point? why can't I enjoy moments relaxingly

If I Step my feet in her boundary, she will not permit
Even if I called her digits or was prompted by stitches

My heart is busied so affiliating with you would be knew
I never had a connection to last crucially to understand the visual

Siblings' example makes it look so easy
They try to preach me on subjects bound reach me

I sometimes fail to listen and learn
Whether I am initiated with Christ like they are
I tend to believe staying close to them, keeps me aligned and firm

Premium Member These Words Mean Much To Me

These words mean much to me;
If you read them let them bless you;
Such a lovely remedy, melody;
These words are true;
Graphically harmonizing rhyme;
Controversy  find so unkind;
Words cascading down from heaven;
By the sounds of the beating drums;
No one hums, nor comes;
To the spoken recital;
Open idol
Plane on auto pilot;
Words stutter and slider;
Sentences come from inside me;
Graphically harmonizing rhyme;
Controversy  find so unkind;
Words cascading down from heaven;
By the sounds of the beating drums;
These words are true;
Such a lovely remedy, melody;
If you read them let them bless you;
These words mean much to me;

Scope

everyone is so afraid
and they hold it in like a broken music box
like a damaged videotape

and a telescope that sees beyond skin
is lost in the garbage pile at the end of the
Bermuda triangle wormhole
like a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow
like a diamond in the rough

chase me like i'm just bent light
like i'm a complex assemblage of colors
created by some unknown material;
mind-bent and deranged and unsound
but you can try to find the screams
that only echo within sound-proof walls
and bounce around erratically in a graphically patterned place
covert and masked by shadows

you don't need your collection of lighters anymore
from all the states you've been
'cause i've been everywhere

i'm everything that you are
and everything you aren't
i'm a cracked kaleidospoe
and you're a telescope that sees beyond skin
that won't see the crack
just the face broken into many in order to deceive
but there's really just one
so don't get lost

Inspired

Sky earthworms are often prevalent at this particular time of year for grassland gremlins grab graphically and a left handed leprechaun in a spiralling dive is neither a duck having some lunch nor a clock sunbathing on a tower in the moonlight. Bing bong then. Eat a nice slice of toast then dance into and around the piles of sawdust. Wow. How a tick tock tick tock is a rock music show in a very fast cat car. Interesting to note how bean plants talk to their stems and a stem can laugh at the same time as delivering nice scented pods. Blooming in bakeries. Bringing breaded butter beans. Beautifully beaming. But no bream. Hahaha digging in a cupboard with a rake. Hahaha number of fish in a queue standing. Xxxxxx inspirationally Z Z Z Z

Books a Resource Part Iv

One who has less brain says ironically
Books are not have any intrinsically.
They make us stronger literally
Without physical exertion – orally.
They sing poet’s songs lyrically;
Draw their world before us graphically.
Solve our doubts and worries logistically.
Hence friends! Render books juristically
As downfall and success lay nominally.

Secrets and Lies

Hidden within the depths of my words of the blackest ink
Are the truths only you and I know
Secrets and lies
Stolen moments of passion
Deception of the foulest kind
Concealing true identity
Time revealing sincerity of intentions
Thunderous silence roars
Locked away until the devil speaks his poison

Verbal sins from a malicious tongue
Etched deeply within my memory
Graphically vivid with powerful intensity
Regarded inconsequential
Remnant of the past
Considered residue a leftover wreck
Inciting me to be patient and strong
You will live to regret your venom
When my retaliation and revenge are revealed
