Communicant Poems | Examples

How To Use Condom

Grandmas I teach how to suck eggs:
Marathoners long use of legs,
Soon hurting Enlightened People;
Might sooner unleash a ripple;
What would she say: The Western World?
Possibly, a heart is now galled!
Yet, will I this brash task perform
To a condom culture reform...

Thumb and forefinger on its tip
Making sure the two don't off slip:
For air removing at its tip,
Before facing your partner's hip;
Its space for Ejaculation
That fetches congratulation!
Condom roll over your organ
Like perfectly does Morgan,
Not rubbing off lubricant;
You won't end up communicant!

Job finished off slide no spillage
Or else one should query your age;
Your used condom for disposal
A vital point in espousal.

To a Doubting Applicant

First humbly comply,
An effort making to apply,
Self assuring that they would reply:
That God shall your needs supply,
Your forms to shorter routes ply.

Yes, first boldly apply
And you’ve succeeded to imply
That you shall never away fly
When “Dear Sir” decides to be sly…

The Doubting Christian Applicant
Sometimes forgets he is a communicant.

Divinity is to me
 the connecting link,
 the evolution of energy.
 and love, likewise,
 the dissolution of separation,
 the current between gaps,
 the transfusion of forces,
 creativity unbounded.

 Out for a stroll,
 I am caught up in
 three heavenly visions:
 a white cloud passing,
 a maple fluttering,
 and a hornet exploring.
 and these divine voices:
 the chirping of a finch,
 hammering in a yard,
 the sound of someone’s stereo.

 In one common moment,
 I am a communicant
 in this feast of life—
 its continuing burst
 of expressions and ambitions,
 its multifaceted forms.
 Even the dancing Shiva
 does not have the arms
 to hold so much dear.

 “Brother Sun; Sister Moon,”
 This is joy undiluted—
 we are each related
 right to the core
 down to the electrons
 whizzing in us all.

Fr. Christ said “I am the living bread that came down from heaven...

If anyone eats this bread

He will live forever

Who eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, abides in Me and I in him"

Essential signs of Eucharistic Sacrament are wheat bread and grape wine

Communion with the Body and Blood of Fr. Christ increases the communicant’s union
with the Lord God.

Receiving this sacrament strengthens the bonds of charity between the communicant and Fr. Christ

It also reinforces the unity of the Church as the mystical Body of Fr. Christ

The Church recommends the faithful to receive the Holy Communion at least once a year.

Fr. Christ Himself is present in the sacrament of the altar

He is to be honored with the worship adoration

To visit the Blessed Sacrament is a proof of gratitude

Expression of love

Duty of adoration toward Fr. Christ, Jesus our Lord
