denial of what is as is unfolding
clinging to that that never was
glue of ego spawned identity
we see these tamas spirals
attempting to anchor us
in fear and darkness

our nonchalant eye
entwined with heart
ever bubbling with joy
opts not to trauma bond
with such sunken vibrations
judging nothing celebrates life...

Premium Member A Lover, Nonchalant
I had a wild love while working away,
his name was Pierre and he stole my heart;
he was furtive and I so naivete,
I fell for each imaginary part.

I thought this man I met was love worthy,
he entrapped me with words that turned shallow;
I saw my lover...

Premium Member When Sky Turned Nonchalant
Not ones to ever be ascetic, we
lay bronzed and brazen on the beach that day,
our legs sprayed by the shallow tide of sea
as we engaged in passionate love play.

The sun, which shared our ardor at the start,
turned humble suddenly, and then the sky
seemed nonchalant, as...

The nonchalant rooster is a real knob.
We don’t have another name, so we call him Bob.
He puts on a multitude of airs, I mean a gob.
He interviews a lot, but can never get a job....

I sat on the park bench, tears running down my face.
I turned away to hide my sorrow, thinking it a disgrace.
When the old man came and to sit there too.
He spoke as if talking to himself, “Well, if I were blue.”

He continued not looking...

frivolous nonchalance
easy carelessness
ridiculous calmness
in the face of equanimity
heedless casualness
notoriously relaxed
indifferent airiness
way beyond easygoing
deadly carefee
frivolous self...

Nonchalant Heart Jq
heart no longer feels at home
barefoot bohemian roams.
restless wild, bright whirling skirt.
untamed desire yearns to flirt.

home trailing to distant hills.....
roams tethered fragile tendrils.
skirts around, lone debutante.
flirt hurts... the nonchalant heart.

Life's brutal assault
simply does not halt,
teasing and taunting,
most find quite daunting.

The way we respond,
determines our bond
with the potent pulse,
we ourselves impulse.

With bliss our abode,
nonchalant monk mode,
makes easy earth life,
free from needless strife.

Life is but a dream
where illusions stream,
that by love baptised
God is realised.

Gallivanting Nonchalant
Gallivanting around the wilderness with the love of my life I realize
That things are not necessarily as I would have wanted to visualize
I acquiesce as choosing what to do next
Out of nowhere, I get a text
In a nonchalant manner, I looked to see
What could...

Clear blue sky
on a frosty morning,
it doesn't even have to try
to be anything other
than what it is;
why can't I
be as nonchalant
as a bird that flies
without constraint
across that clear blue sky?...

Nonchalant Rouge
Nonchalant Rouge
By Maui Sanders

Absence of affection
Is not a sore ditch
Film reels
And family memories
Even though I may not
Have one
In my mind, I am a warrior
Who is learning
How to be of an object
To people on a pursuit to
Win the trophy...

Nicola the Nonchalant
a woman to never represent the majority
a woman to never respect the majority
a woman to never speak for the majority

forever talking of independence
saying it is Scotland's desire,
lost the vote for independence
nonchalant to Scotland's desire,

a one track horse,
and of course,
a selfish cow.

Nonchalant
No reason to panic no cause for alarm
I ask one and all to remain cool and calm
Be nonchalant as you go about your day
Believe me my friend it's the only way

If you can do this I'm sure you will succeed
Getting flustered...

Uncertain Fate
I find myself in quite a precarious state.
Uncertain as to why I was so quick to acquiesce.
My heart flutters with excitement.
My body trembles inside with fear.
The thoughts race through my minds eye,
like an out of order stampede.
That of enlightened speech.
It is an unique...
