Watching An Icicle
Sitting and watching an icicle drip,
When seen through a fresh pair of eyes,
Is how it must feel to be out on a ship
When you’ve only tried land on for size.

For we, who’ve seen icicles time and again,
Rarely realize how magic they are.
Their melting’s been witnessed...

Insecure, Illuminating Ill-Tempered, Invigorating Icicle I Once Was
I’m stronger than I realize,
I’m not alone
And I’m not a failure

I am focused on the prize -
God’s Kingdom today, though I’m on my own
Feeling like a Jailure

I was brave enough
Life can be quite rough
I was courageous to the touch
Nothing much is happening and such
I was...

Billy Jimsonweed and the Magic Icicle
It never melted for starters
but then you have to start somewhere
the Magic Icicle could talk
it had humors jealousies aversions
deep rending tides of love
and week long fits of giggling
It had been crafted by Father Frost
The Emperor of the North
his breath could wreck a train
and send a...

Icicle Stares
Four millimeters of tempered glass separates your world
from the Homeless Beggar Prince now standing before you
appearing tattered, torn and trampled on like discarded trash.
No longer a viable phoenix rising to escape winter’s burn.

Merely a grounded mortal traversing icicle stares with an
aged back and...

Icicle Castles and the Residents Inside:
#Icicle Castles and the Residents inside:
Meet the PADLOCKS, RESIDENTS and the POTENTIALS...

They are locked inside, as time goes by, and all they had to do, was make a BREAKTHROUGH...However, NO ONE WANTED TO BE THE "ICEBREAKER"

Except the Sun MELTED the Castle!
A current Hassle for the...

She was a beautiful icicle
Icicle Sue, my price pickle.
Icicle seen.
Icicle queen
A sharp icicle worth a nice nickle.

Premium Member Ice Diamonds
After the flurry
My soul delights
Soft curves before me
Ice cream dreams
Shadows dancing and stretching
Defining infinite frozen sculptures

Ice diamonds
floating through the air
Glistening
Riding the shafts of pale sunlight
Landing on my nose
Blanketing my eyelashes
I capture them on my tongue
A frosty treat

A shiver up my spine
I wiggle...

Premium Member Too Much Ice
Rain yesterday. Last night it froze.
I'm looking at an icicle that is my car, I suppose.
I go out with a scraper and a red, runny nose.
My fingers are tingling and I think I've lost my toes.

I want to start the engine, but I can't open...

Al Ask Uh -
An Inupiat "slow-grower"
Believed he could sink no lower
When an icicle rose
On the tip of his nose
He won "Number 1 Snow Blower"

 * * * *

A cold polar bear did stutter
And folk thought he was a nutter
But God loved him a bunch
And dropped off his...
