Best Bluebird Poems
My
soul
sings a
symphony
of perpetual
omniscient narrative lyrics.
Tones reminiscent of dew-kissed bluebird lullabies,
enchanting like stars in indigo skies and blossoming like fragile fragrant jasmine.
A bluebird carries a mother's voice
Beyond the rain and dark season
Of a love of her child
Through tribulations and trials
Loyalties so strong
to honor the mother-child bond
A silver umbilical cord uncut
Between them and the Pure White One
The mother's voice carried by the bluebird
And is heard by The Greatness
And then an answer comes
No one can severe the special mother-child bond

Bluebird…pretty little bluebird, see
all the budding Spring…beautiful
chiming of melody and spruced up
leaves, shiny and thriving, dewdrop
tingling. Bluebird, come and see -
give us a sweet twiddle dee dee.
It’s Spring so alive with canopy skies
and the happiness thriving with seeds
springing up - buttercup daffodils,
roses, posies, forsythia and black-eyed
susans, crocus, hyacinth and phlox.
Bluebird in layers of colorless feathers,
who would know, the magic wand
of light twinkles about and catches
our eyes, whether blue, black, brown
green or blue — all weather hues.
Bluebird…pretty little bluebird…see!

a bluebird
perches on my
window
ledge
and turns to the wind
smoothing his feathers
his song is pitched and excited
as a few morning snowflakes
fall
and not a single flower
blooms in the garden
for winter
is knocking . . . .

The Bluebird of Happiness
I send to you today
He brings you all my love
As he hurries on his way
May his song fill your heart
As it was meant to be
And every time you hear it
You will think of me
Squirrel plays and shakes
a fist atop the bluebird box....
twelve round stones
Blue feathers strown
empty nesting box today...

I Am a Bluebird
Two little bluebirds hatched one morn
Out of the eggshells their tiny beaks had torn
The little boy grew and became very proud
“Look at my bright blue feathers,” he chirped so loud
The little girl's feathers were rather pale
Gray in color with a light blue tail
Where he was cocky, she was shy
“My feathers are not as brilliant,” she wondered why
Then one day, several bluebirds landed on her tree
She realized, “Oh my goodness, they are courting me”
The next thing she knew, four eggs in a nest
“Beauty isn't everything, my babies are the best”
She worked very hard and showed her babies love
As she and her mate taught them to fly in the sky above
As life went on, her purpose became clear to see
Hard work, happiness, love, this bluebird is me
The description of the bluebird was modesty, unassuming, confidence and happiness transformation
"The Well of Bluebird Eggs"
Treasure discovered
at the bottom of
The Well
Lost marbles
become Bluebird eggs
the Ravens crack and collect
Jewels in their serious beaks
their furious flapping wings
fly away like thieves opening new sentences
rapturous poetic recidivists
further upwards they journey
into a cloudless clear avian sky
The shells tossed like confetti
a marriage of blue investment
colours a new sky breaking the yolk
Burnished sun of gold
licks warmly the smile widening on
Kingfisher Blue
reverent and unruffled
overseeing the passion
from celestial view

Perch on my shoulder
and then sing me your sweet song.
I shall sing you mine.
Where The Bluebird Sings
Often I travel where the bluebird sings
upon fantastic morns through dewy grass.
Longing to smell heavenly woods and things
and maybe catch several splashing bass.
Such days send my soul onto mystic shores
engulfing my mind in Nature and trees.
To feel new day's sun I journey outdoors
under blue sky with the birds and the bees.
When entered, scenic sweet spot sings to me
a tune ripping with moving gentle flows.
There aching heart and mind can truly see
where life's titanic stream restlessly goes.
Bluebird feels my darkest lamentations.
Sings elusive magical solutions.

Took a trip this morn to my woods. Entered to rest my soul.
Found a saving place and there peace came-- as was my goal.

green, white, yellow blooms
coupled songs of happiness
warm sun sings glory
O why’d they misconstrue your colour against you?
When the song is swift imagination, so sweet and full
Why’d they whisper of weariness, of idiomatic blue?
When pause is ponderous play not a dark silent lull
It is the bluebird’s song that warm thoughts entice
That unexpected exuberant bout of welcomed joie de vivre
That instant intoxication of all virtue and all vice
Oft’ heard from coffee’d morn till the day’s end receive’
When beguiled by melody left to lilt through wistful air
That beacon of curiosity which so quickly is consume’
Cheery embrace – the listener enraptured is divided ne’er
Till the final bar closes only then may the day resume
Though for tunes of waking night the bluebird composes nigh
Alas, her song is for bright day not for moon’s sleepless sigh
A bluebird sits in the old pine tree,
dressed in blue for the jubilee.
He plumps his feathers for the show,
(he's an absolute Romeo.)
He hears the other birds complain,
But Bluebird's there to entertain.
He ignores the jealous looks,
his name will be in storybooks.
Bluebird's soft lilt and rolling sway,
All of nature wants to stay.
To listen to his graceful song,
he wants you to come along.
He's the star of this bird show,
(he's an absolute Romeo.)
A Bluebird On A Swing
Looked Such A Funny Thing
A Breeze Blew It Back & Forth
On The Swing It Held Court
Then Under Sunshine In The Sky
It Lifted Its Wings To Fly ...
