Best is to be

Just do your best,
Ignore the rest,
Aim high,
You shall fly,
Be best pals,
Dudes and gals,
Don't roll eyes,
Be a surprise,
You best is to be,
Aim high, you shall see!

constrained by senses five and fragmented mind
the world of plurality is what we see
to the underlying reality blind

the absolute truth alone can set us free
which when poised in the void is by us divined
when head melds with heart and both with truth agree

when we behold God in each and every form
with pulsations of His heartbeat we conform

Aim For Dark

I’m looking to reach a new level
I cannot simply look in the open
I must journey under the hull
For treasures live under the sun
God’s finest work is often done in the dark
Reeling in discomfort I feel its spark
Leaving sight for faith I dare
I cross another nightmare
Wishing I could just rally but all I smell is defeat
Just before I kamikaze the prize falls at my feet

Yes, Justice aspires to be blind,
But Cupid is not far behind.
His aim is so loose,
A moose and a goose
Once found that their stars were aligned.

Aim, Aeon

Aim dead center, O aeon!
Era, this is now.
Ergo, O my stern scion;
Come to anyhow!

Looking-glasses are like wind.
Reality grinned.
Terror, tiger, tamarind!
Sacred til he sinned...

Gaunt the gambrel goblin?
No smile a-face today.
Whirling dervish, loud the din!
War, be on thy way!

Grey of the nebula pond;
Why is waiting good?
Yellow-speckled viper yawned!
Gone but understood!

Kingdoms are like prophecies?
Yes, in this context:
Rife, roil, rampant, rare! Disease!
Hell and Heaven, hexed...

Sort it out, O sordid sigh...
Do not ask us why?
Sylvan silver, art thou shy?
Bargain basement buy?

Syllable, unleash thy wrath!
Letters, break the chain!
Poems, place us on the path!
Language, take the lane!

Young is this old harpsichord?
Harpy, use a sword?
Bull, matador. Which gets gored?
Folly gets you floored.

Holly. Mistletoe, thy doom.
Poison, flow like wine.
Ivy, rune, ice, ancient tomb.
Cyanide strychnine.

Aim For the Stars

Aim for the stars, even if you don’t reach the stars,
at least in time, you made it to the Moon or Mars.

we as living light choicelessly chose
to experience limitation
so to this end, we caged Self in form
to vividly feel each sensation

now entering trance entailed a risk
since truth of who we are would be veiled
so we put a time limit to life
to restore light, if on earth we failed

no matter what we do, we’ll succeed
either in this life or in the next
after all earth life’s but a dream realm
there’s no cause then for us to be vexed

be this as it may, life is a school
to wake up in this dream is our goal
entering the void of cessation
whence one with oneness, we’re again whole

no wonder then, soul seeks to expand
knowing at its core it’s more than this
thus overcoming desire and fear
one day we reclaim love, light and bliss

Proceed my child, proceed

Proceed, my child proceed

With a smile on your face

With positivity and grace

With compassion in your heart

Proceed, my child proceed

With strength in your mind

leaving weakness behind

With stars in your eyes

Proceed, my child proceed

With progress as your aim

All the hardship you can tame

With determination and zeal

Proceed, my child, proceed

life as impulsed in the ethereal domain
now plays out for us in linear time
to maintain element of surprise
our memory stands erased

instinct, discernment and finally silence
represent octaves of awareness
the ladder marking ascent
of our astonished soul

yet awareness bereft of love is barren
so we slow down pulse of silence
and set up soul’s intent wave
to merge in heart of God

Premium Member Cricket Match in Battersea Park

Cricketers playing on the lawn
White figures on the grass
The rhapsody of ringing phones
Is heard as passers pass
It’s just the picture of a large
Idyllic sunny day
Uneven shadows on the marge
Are also in the play
No pawns to sacrifice for kings
No queens rampaging free
The game looks peaceful, so it brings
A sense of peace to me
What if I tell them how their play
I see – you’re out of mind,
Get real, man, to me they’ll say
Its not a pantomime
We’re two competing teams, we came
To win and not to lose
And that’s the purpose of the game
We play not to amuze
Some idle fools that hang around
Not knowing what to do
Come down on the solid ground
That should be good for you
Thanks for advice, I like your game
But honestly, for me
Both teams of yours look quite the same
I’d say, before I flee
So really, what’s the point to know
The aim, all tricks and rules
If they are setting on a show
That looks like peace for fools.

AN Honest Aim

There is a frame for an honest aim.
Not like a click for a photo flip.
It is for a give when a take is clear.
An honest aim at a shot so near.
There is a back when a lost is found.
Next to a turn in an upside to a frown.
It's a smile in the mile for boast in the bet.
Last in the longing for returns not yet.
There is a pace with a race for the fame.
Not a save for a face in a name.
It rests like a cushion for a buck and a toss.
With a ride in the saddle plus a gain in a loss.
There is a set in the distance with a scene in a view.
At a clear with a constant in an aim that is true.
It's a field with a treasure and a pearl in a shell.
A heart in an instance and pierce with a tell.
A honest aim shot at a done that is well.
There is a way with a don't turn for a burn.
An honest aim shot in a lane for a learn.

Premium Member Killers Aim

They all think me more than I am
Must be these songs I sing again and again
Even I’m starting to believe in them
I wish I could start this life over again

Till then I’ll forget these feelings ever happened
Erase these visions from my mind
Perfectly balanced, well read with a killers aim
I die a little with every empty footprint leading to my past
That I can find

Till then I will remember all
Who have touched my soul
Watching them come and go then me moving on
With heavy legs I will keep marching on thru my past

In the end none of me will have ever mattered
Except in my scattered memories
As I only have today for short time longer
This soul within please be kind to me

Premium Member Heartache Takes Aim

It’s a shame, years of heartache takes aim
Loaded with the drugs and yearning to forget
I aim for my head
Like there’s no going back
It’s a shame, years of heartache takes aim
Innocent love gone in the fire
Only ashes and heartache left on fire
Dreaming of this day
To be free of the pain
Leave it all behind
Cause there’s no love to be found
It’s a heartache that takes aim
Drifting off
For the last time
Free of the pain
Free of heartache

A Dream At Its Voyage

A Dream at its Voyage

A dream is swimming across the ocean of my sleep,
which I had weaved in my heart long ago.
It is faltering like a lonely wave,
that finds no shores.

It feels weary and cannot wend anymore...
Ho! It is drowning into
the unknown depths in the darkness.
No! It cannot perish in the halfway of its voyage.

Will there be sunrays to show the way in its desolation?
Will there be a bright dawn to begin again the new path?
It wanted to reach the shores of fame,
It wanted to blossom like a Wild Rosemary.

Hey, gain back your vigor and swim hard.
You were born not to submerge in the sufferings,
but to fly up in the sky with your endowed wings!

Aim

My dear little one, listen to me,
There's something important, I want you to see,
It's about having a goal, a purpose, an aim,
It's about working hard, and never giving up in shame.
Aim high, my child, reach for the sky,
With every step forward, you'll learn and you'll try,
You'll stumble and fall, but don't lose heart,
Get up and keep going, that's the best part.
You can aim to be a doctor, or a teacher, or a star,
You can aim to go far, and wide, and to go where you are,
You can aim to be kind, and loving, and true,
You can aim to be the best version of you.
It's not always easy, to aim and to strive,
But remember, my child, to always believe in your drive,
To trust in your heart, and the path that you choose,
And to never give up, no matter what you lose.
So, aim high, my dear, with all your might,
Believe in your dreams, and hold them tight,
And when you reach your aim and the goal is in sight,
The pride and joy you'll feel, will be a true delight.
