A New Day Poems | Examples

Premium Member The hope of a new day

The sun rises each day
even though I am experiencing
crushing grief, I can see it and
cling to the hope that one day
seeing a new day begin
will bring me joy again

Ode to a New Day

You beckon to me, and I respond.
You open the door and take me by the hand.
You guide me as I see, learn, and sometimes comprehend.
You script and unfurl,
And I play my role, desiring to add my lines.

The elements, like soldiers, carry out their duties—
Unseen, but sometimes summoned by the sages.
This is a mystery from ages past;
Sometimes these soldiers are fiery and bold.

You lead me along a path that yesterday never saw and tomorrow longs to know.
I follow where the stream flows,
Keeping hope alive,
Holding the lamp through every struggle.
Though I may not understand all that I see,
I journey across the sea.

It is a privilege to be embraced by you,
And an honour to be held by you.
Though sometimes redemption feels like a tale,
And Zion seems like a lost city.

Dawning of a new day

I hope you're inspired by the full moon tonight. Blessings.

Dawning of a new day
By Michelle Morris
12/05/2025

Let it come crumbling down
This Life you thought you knew
It's not either the fear and heartache
The forgotten promises and dues

You deserve better, dear
You deserve it now
Don't wait until another year
Be brave, adjust your crown

For the foundation that's needed
Is pure and eternally yours
Walking your sacred Path
Where you're appreciated and adored

So, let it go with fearless courage
Let go and let God lead the Way
He knows your Prosperity awaits
In the dawning of a new day

Premium Member A New Year, A New Day

A new day
Comes every day
With a morning, a noon
An afternoon and an evening
It's day and it's night
Across the countryside.

The first day of the year
Is as special as the last
Man creates days of feast
To distinguish himself from the beast
That says that all days are the same
Like the wind that dances and sows.

There is a beginning
To smile and laugh
And an end of time
To cry and die
The animals are right
A new season does not matter.

A new year, a new day
A new week, a new month
A new night, a new noon
A new sun, a new moon.

SOLEMN SUCH THIS A NEW DAY PRAYER- December 16 2024

Solemn this such a new day prayer
All Father Elohim
Creator of all and everything
We awaken
With your breath in us
We awaken under your covering
Filled and surround
With your joy, peace your love
Mercies grace cries Holy, Hallelujah
Abba Father Daddy we’re thankful
~
For this such a new day
All you’ve given and all you do for us
We your children adorn and love you
It’s so you whom we soul trust
We Kings and Queens
To God be the Glory
Your purpose your will in our life;
Your story
Your grace ever thankful
Abundantly sufficient for us always
~
Good new day brethren
Thank you for your covering
Covering us
We appreciate you
Though we don’t always show it, we do
The God who sees all knows
And He will do it
For His greater purpose

Premium Member A New Day Dawns

As day dawns, the sky gleams bright.
Fresh clean reborn, the morn's alight.

I am the glimmer in the sun's feeble rays,
That its hope will bring me better days.

I am the dew caught on blades of grass.
Glinting beads that gleam esteem in glass.

I am the caress of the gentle breeze,
That dances, awakening rustling leaves.

I am the artist who paints the scene,
With soft warm gentle hues, so serene.

I am the sunbeams plying the sky
For clouds to kiss that come on by.

I am the hush of silence the quells
Night's clatter with quiescent spells.

I rise with hope, to chase my dreams
In the warm glow of sunlight streams.

It is such a pleasure to be up and see
The symphony of each dawn abide with me.

A New Day - Wildflowers

Roads long squandered,
Routes trained to memory.
a crack in the long unyielding concrete
unremarkable.

Then, a wildflower
A peculiar pink.
Leather, nostalgia.
Cinnamon, mellow.

Stop dead in my tracks,
Wistful, yearn.
Many a while did I dream of creation
After all, what does it take?
Soil, water, an undefeated soul.

Many a while did I long for something that called me God.
Many a while did I pick up a pen,
Dropped it back down.
Afraid of laughter no one laughed,
Fearing fingers yet unpointed.

What does it mean to begin?
What does it take to begin?
Paper, ink, a sliver of hope.
Do I have what it takes to begin?

Now every new page,
A breath of awakening
In a book awaiting it's soul.
A step, far from empty pages.

Albeit one, this stride
holds strength of lifetimes far spent.
And as I sit, winds of change,
Of beginning, blowing through my hair finally let down.

A start.
Breaking apart the shackle that is anticipation.
Everything goes, and so will this fear.
And as my soul, my blood, my sweat, my tears, I wring into form,
Perhaps,
I have what it takes to begin.

Smoke on the Water

The water was warm it must have been
The morning was cold it was early
The two collided and and there it was
 smoke on the water rising
mysteriously
Vapor thin outlines levitating
With the dawn chorus applauding
Ecstatically
There is no smoke without fire
Here comes the sun little darling
It’s alright

Staring a new day

Watching the sunrise,
In the early morning sky,
Stunning red and yellow sun glowing,
Appearing over the mountains so high.
The mist has cleared,
So slowly, fading away,
As a new day is about to begin,
Hope life brings you happiness and joy,
A feeling of peace within.

Wishing you all a wonderful day!

Premium Member A NEW DAY IS NOT -good-MOURNING-

If it's top of the...
 morning why are we praising?
 mourning when in fact
~
it's a new day so
it is a new day dawn so there's
no mourning in day
~
we should listen more
to what we're really saying
"no morning", New Day

The Promise Of A New Day

A tiny glimmer of light and the
Promise of a new day,
Slowly moves across the night sky as it
Promises us a new day.
A promise of a new beginning, a new purpose. a new reason to strive for.
The hope that a new tomorrow will be better than the one before.
Gently those rays fill the sky to light our way,
As each of us prepare to greet this new Day.
A day where once again we travel the
Path to seek our own destiny.
Where all of us will write our own history.
To become what was meant for us to be

A New Day Of Change

A new day of change, the process is near,
Valleys rise to meet the sky so clear,
Mountains are made low, in humbling grace,
Paths once blocked, now are cleared space.

Where once we couldn’t go, now access find,
Yesterday’s hard places, now bloom in mind,
Sparking heart’s desires, like flames anew,
Breaking barriers, breaking through.

Walk to the beat of your own soul’s drum,
The trumpet within us breaks forth the hum,
Sing the victory songs, bold and true,
For El Shaddai dwells inside of you.
