You Could Be In Love

If you find yourself scratching the itch of another, Finding good things to say about them no bother, Engaging in conversation with their mother, And, actually listening to their chatter, Turning down a date with someone prettier, Finding their food as good as that made by your mother, Going with them to the premier, rather than the soccer, And repeating her name over and over, It could be time to say you lover her, Before she finds another, And you discover you have made a blunder.

I found out when you fall in love, truly in love it doesn't matter if the family is involve or not because it is the person you are with that is the most important person in your life not their mother, father, brother or sister... Glad you liked it. I find I am writing some of my best poetry at moment and I am doing it with no corrections or rewrites. they asked for more readings for our community radio as poetry is a part of their program. No money though. I have also had booklet of spiritual poems as church fundraiser. One I will get proper poetry book published.
