Will I See Him Agin

I look at the sky, and ponder. Will I see him again. He was more then a father, He was more then a friend. He was their in my beginning, But not at my end. I never told him Thank You, but I think he knew. I'm older now, and I understand. He did his job, he made me a man. I look in the mirror, and ponder, Will I see him again. His image comes back for me to see, He's gone. So how can this be? I gaze in the mirror, And I began to see. He's not gone, He's the man in Me!
