Who Lies Here
We're in our dotage
Seventy odd
But we can still disappear into deep woods and survive quite well for quite some time.
Survival is a well learned lesson and our children who have no children have learned it as well as we.
So keep stealing and lying as fast as possible
Maybe we'll get to see you all die before we do.
Yes it's a tragedy
How well I remember the freedoms we all shared
Gone now as fast as all those lockless doors and helpful neighbors that our children never saw
Google it and drown in regret
And don't tell me it's not too late
I've heard
too many lies
