Where It's Best For You
Just like the old days but they are all gone,
We're waiting for the next batch to come along;
someone said that they were tired of being told what to do,
sounds familiar now - a bit like me and you.
You begin to start thinking the unthinkable,
actually, there's nothing - everything is up for grabs,
the clever become stupid, maybe they never were,
they tend to think that they are but they're not mister.
We need to ease the corners of serendipity now,
stumbling upon good fortune by chance - how?
get out there sometimes, it doesn't matter yes or no,
before the time is gone, no longer going that slow.
Before chances to etch yourself in the annals of history,
disappear like raindrops sliding down a misty window.
