Where Is the Man?
Where is the man that will feel my pain,
That will cover me during the storm and the rain?
Where is the man that will feel my fears,
That will comfort me and dry all of my tears.
Where is the man that will lend a hand,
That will help out his family and take a stand?
Where is the man that will lead by example,
That will mentor his sons, and set the first example?
Where is the man that will tend to my needs,
Who doesn’t have to wait and hear me fuss and scream?
Where is the man that knows how to pray,
Who has God first to show him the way?
Where is this man?
I just don’t have a clue.
I’m getting desperate by the day,
And I don’t know what to do!
Where is THE MAN!!!
