When I Get Reception
When I get reception
I will google it
But by that time
I will have forgotten it
So, we ponder the question
That only our minds can answer
As we have no reception
But at least I have you
To bounce my signal off
It comes back with a different perspective
Honest and forthright with your views
No batteries to recharge
Before I see your face
Don’t need to see the bars
To know I have your reception
No need to worry about the privacy of apps
As I know you have my back
Thank God
I have reception
The signals lost
The bars are gone
The battery is all but shot
But with you just there
And the love of god
I have reception
