sometimes i think if i aim high
i can see beyond the blue horizon
and even beyond the clouds
sometimes i think if i really try
i can dream beyond the darkened night
and i might even dare to reach and claim it
sometimes i call out and want to believe
in something that is atop mountains
and kissed by the heavens way above
in something that is peaceful and serene
and knows no bounds across infinitude
in something that nurtures wounded hearts and souls
sometimes i call out and dare think
that you might want to share my dream
but i know better and wonder what ever can come next
