Unburying the Truth
Under the earth the little ones were buried
with no markers, no names, no love.
No one knew where they were.
No one but God above.
And some have been found and grieving resumes
for the children that were just thrown away.
What's left of their bones have found their way home.
Now for justice, we as a whole, pray.
Crimes were committed and no one has paid,
except the poor children left in the ground.
No clergy, no teachers, no government body,
came forward before they were found.
What of the children ? What of the families ?
The broken who returned , or those now gone.
How do you compensate for all that they lost ?
How do you forgive or move on ?
