Genesis 50:20 (KJV) “But as for you, ye thought evil against me; but God meant it unto good, to bring to pass, as it is this day, to save much people alive.”
Sold into slavery, mostly a child himself,
Joseph must have felt such anguish.
His heart despaired – see for yourself…
When his owners sold him to the highest bidder,
He was tormented with thoughts so dark and bitter,
Anger must have tempted him, but he’d reconsider…
When Potiphar bought Joseph, he didn’t suppose,
He’d throw him into prison, where he’d reside,
Even though God would rescue him, which surely shows…
Whatever comes, whatever doubts, whatever fears,
There is One who knows our hearts and saves us,
With His love, His mercy, His grace - He silences our tears…
When we least expect it, we will find our souls amazed,
By the light of the One who created us to follow His ways,
This God of love – our God above, who is meant to be praised.
Never forget the story of Joseph, who God surely saved.
What others meant for evil, God intended for good.
When you hit rock bottom, just walk the road He paved!
With God, anything is possible – the lost can be found.
When you least expect Him, He’ll be the best friend you’ve had…
Providing the love that will save you – your life, He’ll turnaround!
