Turn now to me
When doubtest I, with troubled heart,
bent pleading for a brand new start.
Then cometh to thy gracious king,
'Let me be changed Lord, from within'.
Undo my ropes that bind me tight,
unshackle chains of sinful might.
That I may rise, now free from sin,
'Let me be changed Lord, from within'.
Now headed on the Lord's good path,
don't venture off, no turning back.
May I so tread the road that's thin,
'Let me be changed Lord, from within'.
And when one day, it is my time,
may your great light upon me shine.
That I may rise to thee and sing,
'That I am changed Lord, from within'.
