Tonight, The Moon Looks Sad

Hazed, waddling back and forth. I'm lost. Can I catch up with the sun? Or am I forever destined to befriend the moon. I see may face reflecting on its surface. Melancholic Somber. During the day, I'm left behind while the dogs are walked. And the groups of friends are biking on the street I try to catch up but trip on the sidewalk crevice. Days go by as the sun and moon play jump rope in the sky. I'm still lying sleeping on the cement. Then I awake. Tired. Slow. And blanked out of my mind. Is this all I can really do when I'm alone.
