Through the Pain, Hope Remains

Tears fall quietly, the hurt they hold, A weight so heavy, it’s growing cold. It’s not fair, the way life takes, Leaving hearts with endless breaks. The pain they carry, the grief they feel, It’s hard to heal when wounds don’t heal. But through the dark, there’s still some light, They don’t have to walk alone through the fight. Healing is slow , it won’t come fast, But love and faith will make it last. The road is hard, but hope remains, In time, the heart will feel less pain. The journey’s long, the days can be cold, But with God’s love, hearts will unfold. Peace will come, it’s on its way, God’s grace will lead them through each day.
