This Gentle Breeze
And so this gentle breeze does sigh
as it listens to all my words,
and away they now softly fly
given wings as if they were birds.
As now it drys away my tears,
and so this gentle breeze does sigh,
hearing all my doubts and fears
for to the air I did weep and cry.
Into my soul it seems to pry
as quietly my words were thrown.
And so, this gentle breeze does sigh
as to the wind my thoughts have flown.
And so a little more at ease,
soothed, my troubles, for now, float on by
carried away by small degrees
and so, this gentle breeze, does sigh.
