The Storm Inside The gloomy weather Pouring rains cascading from the sky Dark clouds gathering on the horizon It matches my mood Making me feel safe I am nesting in my cocoon As the storm is brewing I wish to hide in the shadows While the tempest is encapsulating me Wishing the sunlight to disappear Wishing the dark to protect me From the reality that we call existence
