The Phoenix

Head-up, shoulder's back She rises like "The Phoenix." Then stands firm on her Valor While other's will just clamor Focusing their gaze, on bygone days, Still she rises ... like "The Phoenix." She is but a mystery, Upon her stage of dreams, By the chances that are taken Boost of confidence, but rarely shaken Still she rises ... like "The Phoenix." Through thick or thin She employs virtue and wins through the eye of a needle working against evil to climb where only Eagles fly Still she rises ... like "The Phoenix."

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
