The momma and her baby little bear

They ambled thru the town with out a care, the momma and her baby, little bear.. People on the street all froze and stared, at the momma and her baby, little bear.. Some gathered on their porches and watched in their chairs, the momma and her baby, little bear.. Many grew scared as the sirens blared, at the momma and her baby, little bear.. The Sheriff shot in his gun in the air, at the momma and her baby, little bear.. Some set traps in the woods to catch the pair, the momma and her baby, little bear.. The Mayor put up signs to BEWARE of the momma and her baby, little bear.. Eventually they wandered off some where, the momma and her baby, little bear..

Dear Nancy, this is such an adorable poem. I love bears and especially their little cubs. So sweet as they ambled along oblivious to the fear they evoked. They were just doing their thing. Breaks my heart when so many wild animals get shot and killed. I glad these two walked away safely! Reading the comments, I’m so sorry to learn of your fall. I wish you a speedy recovery. Many blessings and hugs to you x

Dear Ink, Congratulations again on yet another awesome poem penning. I wrote this little one quickly on a night where the pain was too much to sleep. I'm in the second month now of healing, so trying to remain positive. Blessings to you dear.

Dear Nancy, Your poem eloquently shows the innocence of a mother bear and her cub wandering through the town, oblivious to the fear they evoke. I liked your reflection on how society reacts to the unknown, from curiosity to panic, and ultimately attempts to control what it doesn't understand. Your words are bittersweet about the delicate balance between human civilization and the natural world. This is a very thought-provoking piece. - Blessings, Daniel

Hi Daniel, I'm glad you like this fun write. I think this is one of my K.I.S.S. poems. These quick writes are the most fun for me, not one to labor over word choices, etc. Otherwise, it becomes too tedious for me. Hope you are well and it's always a pleasure to hear from you.
