The Lake I Run

Slits of sunlight dappling the lake I run. Even dragonflies buzz about with importance. Against all odds, I'm against all the odds. Glistening listening to love laps. Lush rushes of hot air. And wet lips with slips and rips and ripples, So sleepy on a summer day. So nice for you and me to stay.
