The inconvenient truth

God’s vital life breath that keeps us alive, enlivens form, which although is but dust, forms an ego, which then begins to thrive, feeding on lust, choosing actions unjust. The only way out is thought cessation, which amounts to relinquishing desire, paving way for the realisation of the light of Self, for which monks aspire. Although this truth is quite easy to see, being unsure, we’re afraid to let go, so remain in bondage to our mind tree, trauma bonding forever with ego.
