The Hand of Redemption

Biding the path Yet blind to the cost Clinically insane Yet forging ahead At sea, the tempest Cowers, at your name On land, resolve Can bring you shame Betrothed in gold You stake your claim Adorned in skulls Your fate to blame Searched by seers You wipe away The tears you've sown 'Till daybreak casts A light anew When mind and soul Can clearly see The righteous path Bestowed on thee 11/12/16

Hello James. Never did you stray from the title. Your words are expressive and powerful. This is one of those entries that must be read out loud with emphasis. Honestly. I very much enjoyed the entry and your execution. Well done in its entirety.

Brother Goff, to thank you for generously visiting & commenting, I was led to your poems & this lyrical gem. Praise songs can be holistic: you do cover the entire gamut of what man is, and what Christ offers - FREE for coming to Him. amen & shalom, Anil Deo

Wow! You know how much I love spiritual poems. This one brightened my morning. (It reminds me of my grandmother, too. I wrote about her...My Ladylove. When followed a righteous path happiness exuded from her being. Thanks for this write.
