Thanks For the Laugh
Oh buddy, I'm afraid not,
Very funny though, that you thought to try
You can't disrespect me like that
And think you'll be a part of my life.
I did find your words very fun though
As a way to try to hit on me
If you hadn't been serious, it'd have behind comical
But I don't understand what you see.
I don't stand on a street corner for cash or drugs
But even if I did, you wouldn't be treating me like that
I am a lady and that means I demand to be treated like one
And knowing who my brother is, your words confound me.
Yes, I have a lot of tattoos,
I have piercings and your sick mind probably
Imagines them in places where there aren't any
None of these, though, are reasons to be so disgusting.
I know, you come from the same town as I
We were taught so strangely, the grown-up rules
But when we went into the world we learned the truth
So, I have to ask, has that behavior EVER worked for you?
