Take Back My Past

TAKE BACK MY PAST
The nascent palms clutched the blank parchment You gave, almost filled up now. The hieroglyphic scroll of failed life at the edge of night crumbles to dust in time’s wasteland. The new day will dawn, I pray… take back my time wasted, my atrophied past, give another blank parchment. I’ll rise from dust, write the saga of vibrant life anew… the scroll dedicated to You.
