Still Alive

The world revolves, Around the sun. On and on, Same days, same years... But once in a while, An asteroid hits, An eclipse darkens, But it is still there. It bleeds larva, screams in terror and pain. Shadowed for years... But still there Like a little sapling looking for light, Trying to come back alive.
