Star Fall
The stars fell on the house tonight
Causing wonder and some fright
In the mist of moonlight beaming
Heart was racing and rapid breathing
Eyes were open to new creations
And the senses to strange sensations
Gleaming robes with golden eyes
Celestial beings from the skies
All around me they appeared
Then one told me not to fear
With trembling voice I did speak
Asking them what they seek
They came for me they did say
Because of what I did pray
Then I saw the gift for me
A present radiant in majesty
I tried to reach for the gift
Yet my arms would not lift
We can not give what yourself deny
Spoke the beings from the skies
In unison and with one voice
Said to me it was a choice
Then I felt myself transformed
And my life was reborn
Morning came and the stars did fade
And I knew I was not the same
