Spring Sonata
give me Spring
above all seasons
its scented blooms
the reddest sunsets
the fullest moons
imagination in the clouds
A Dreamer's wish
like a bird to fly
watch butterflies
slip from their cocoon
their colored wings
slowly dry
hear gentle rains
that soak the soil
while crickets sing
into night
as fireflies glow
a twinkling light
feel the pulse
of Nature's heart
as life is born
and renewed
with colored crown
Spring's adorn
