Spider Web
She likes to play tricks on me
To snap me out of my gloom
And though I did not tell her
She knows as she enters the room
And I know when she is tricking me
But She think I don’t a have clue
So I just play along with her
To see the funny things she will do
She screams and ran to me
Acting like a frighten child
And when I try to calm her
I can see her hiding a smile
So I ask her what’s wrong
Did you see a big rat?
Still trying to hide her smile
She says no it’s nothing like that
Then she makes me laugh
Because of what she said
She said she saw a big spider
On a little spider web
She likes to run for miles
And likes mountain hiking
She has a black belt in karate
But tries to pretend she’s frighten
So I said ok don’t worry I got this
Will have to put two rats under the bed
Because they are the only thing
To get raid of the spider and web
Her beautiful eyes open wide
As she roll her fingers in her hair
Then said BRB then went in the room
Come back smile and says it disappear
She’s everything to me
And I love her with all my soul
Don’t know how I would have make it
If she was not in my world
Then as we both laugh
She said I’m hungry now
And the way I feel
Think I can eat a cow
And as we leave the house
To go for dinner tonight
She knows her little tricks
Always makes me feel alright
