Smile on my Face

Smile on my Face When I woke up this morning, I realised that I had died. This came as such a shock, In fact, I almost cried. My body was limp and lifeless, But thankfully no aches or pain. It wasn’t what I’d expected, Though reassuringly would do it again. The Doctor signed, your time is done, You go to a higher place. So, I didn’t wake up this morning, But died with a smile on my face.

You're right, Kevin. This is pretty funny. (As long as it's 'only a poem!') ~ Gershon
