Silent Snow
Crystallized high up in the clouds
The snow drops silently in shrouds
Large flakes like silver dollars fell
Magnificent designs they tell
We stood still watching in delight
They float in glory through the light
Each one unique with artist’s flair
Glide back and forth they shuffled air
Catch them on your tongue off we run
Look up and see them float, such fun
The glory of that winter night
The wonder of the snowflake’s flight
