Rumi

They say I shouldn't rhyme but this is how I shine, That part of me divine is always speaking through my rhymes, Teaching I'm inclined if it's truth you choose to find, You have to find yourself or else you might just lose your mind, I'm more than what you see so I use words to paint a picture, Thoughts so heavenly at times in tune with all the scriptures, Judging ain't my thing cause through the heart we all connected, At times we disagree but as your brother I respect it, This life is not a game though spiritually we seek perfection, Love's a form of truth and karma comes when you neglect it, Mentally I fight because the mind our only weapon, Reality is change and it does with your perception, Flesh will find you weak until you dwell within your essence, Everyday's a gift but are you thankful for the present, Trials and tribulations merely challenges and lessons, And answers are within that's the key find His Presence.
