This same emergent fluidity cannot be said of sympathy for suffering of Other, who remains another dissociated Other Exempted from democratic inclusion in further considerations of constitutionally appropriate applications of Golden Rules to those who remain in darker xenophobic shadows more appropriate for retributive reaction than restoration to peaceful justice response.
