Regaining Life
"regaining life"
yesterday I whispered secrets to the sea
tossing expressions of many concerns
today the far and wide answers back
it utters hold the thought as it remains the keeper
the keeper of all hopes and dreams
now as I hear the rolling voice of tides
such winds tell never forget yesterday
recall what held mind or body in such a place
for the tides will shift to tomorrow
tomorrow's fresh start of regaining life
the far and wide has spoken loud and clear
revealing darkness has past and light is here
