Reflections In the Firelight
The wood is piled
my emotions riled
Sweet expectations
settle in my soul
Sweat dappled brows
my emotions drowse
sudden conclusions
fill in the hole
of my heart.
The fire started in the pit
warming ourselves
in it's globe
and there we sit
like two lost elves
waiting to disrobe
Take your time,
Love
The perfect man
does exist.
