Polar Night Jets
In neon skys you encompass me,
a bounty of emotion and serenity.
You shine of today's promise,
I fear tomorrow's dimming.
In scorched lands you violate me,
a punitive vitality and vigour.
Abolisher of living liquids,
I fear tomorrow's torrent.
In snowscaped lands you taunt me,
the ambitious hope and expect.
Author in frigid static cells,
I fear Polar Night Jets.
