Paper Airplane In a Gumdrop Sky

I was paused at a blood red light, across from a clapboard church with a sign "English services available". Off to the side I saw a chubby kid clumsily attempting a cartwheel... after brushing himself off he launched a paper airplane that fluttered for a moment crash landing in the rough grass. As the purist smile suddenly arrived on his big, beautiful cinnamon face, I thought about my grow children and the brevity of this life. The moment was electrified filled with carnival and confetti that simple things often bring.. This gum drop sky was made for only him~ The car behind me trumpeted the light turned springish green.. I headed down a mundane road that'd turned to golden beams-
