Oreo Rising

Oreo Planet sleeps above the event horizons deep Black holes, dark matter, form between the light Vanilla stars follow Orion’s galactic path on course Along the ecliptic everything is night Planet Oreo stands alone in clouds of wonder A mystery in the universe as something baked Is that a small unleavened cake, crisp, flat and sweet? Is that a cookie floating in the distant mist oh so deep? Mirrors reflect the brilliance of the sun Life is black and white and sometimes dumb Oreo stands alone in cosmic clouds of wonder Transitioning from cookie company into what? Oreo is not just a planet but a cookie politic “Transgenders exist” and that’s enough So have another lick and don't confuse it with a bite

Hi Earl, Oreos are my favorite cookie, and I love how you describe it as a mysterious planet, I really like the line 'Life is black and white and sometimes dumb' - so I will have another lick :)
