One Sided Love

I wish I could tame my wild feelings Cut it's fangs and trim it's wings I wish I could bind it to a stake Even for a day, For it teaches my heart to wonder Draging it along Even as it wonders off Misled by the fragrance of you and still comes home Drenched in a pool of pity For you never cared Even when it did all a man can ever do To win a lady.

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
