One Kind Deed
One kind deed, you may never know the difference
it could make in someone's life.
I have seen people that don't have a dime, and would
not ask for help, no matter what.
Then I have seen some that have everything,
but they would not give you a penny if your life depended on it.
Crazy world, when you have it, and won't help,
and you don't have it, and won't ask.
Nothing is wrong in asking.
People sometimes need help.
If you see a someone doing without, please help them,
and if you see someone who seems to have it all,
please pray for them, that their heart will grow soft,
and their eyes will open so they may see the need of someone,
other than them self.
I had rather be poor, and know I helped someone else,
than have much, and be a stingy old lonely, greedy, grumpy,
hateful, rich, nothing.
