Oh Love Let The Sunlight In
Oh love, let the sunlight in, unlock the shutters,
That guard the chambers of this shadowed heart.
Like dawn's first rays, your warmth softly utters,
A promise of new beginnings, a fresh start.
Be the key that turns in sorrow's rusty lock,
A golden beam that pierces through the gloom.
Like spring's gentle touch on winter's cold block,
Coax dormant joy to once again bloom.
Oh love, be the prism that splits the light,
Painting rainbows where once dwelt only night.
